Additional Data Entry
In addition to setting up Arizona specific values for incidents, such as behaviors or actions, there are additional fields that must be populated on the following pages:
- Start Page > District Setup > Schools/School Info > Edit School: School Name, School Number, Grades, Reporting Method.
- Start Page > Staff > Edit Information: Name, Gender, Reporting Ethnicity, ID, DOB.
- Start Page > Student > Demographics: Name, DOB, scheduling/Reporting Ethnicity, Gender, Student Number.
- Start Page > Student > Transfer Info > Edit Enrollment: Entry Date, Grade Level.
