S_USR_EDFI_COHORTGROUPS_C (ver 17.4.0)
This table defines one or more staff cohort group assignments per Users record. This information is used in conjunction with Ed-Fi related functionality and is available for all states and provinces. It might or might not be utilized for your state or province.

State_ExcludeFromReporting | 17.4.0 | Number(1,0) | Indicates this cohort group assignment should not be reported via Ed-Fi. |
StudentAccess | 17.4.0 | Number(1,0) | Indicates whether staff has access to student records of the cohort. |
