PSSR-252171Update SIF Adapter for PowerSchool SIS Core 20.11

With upcoming changes for PowerSchool SIS Core 20.11, code was updated in the SIF Agent Events Adapter to properly handle events generated by PowerSchool. The new adapter is backward compatible and will work on all supported versions of PowerSchool.
