The purpose of the Diagnostic Viewer is to provide a way for PowerSchool Support to assist in diagnosing issues related to DEX functionality. The type of messages displayed relates to the logging options setting on the DEX Setup page, including message types of Errors, Warnings, Informational, and Diagnostic. Only messages of type "Error" will display for the diagnostic views in the list. These views are intended to be used with the assistance of PowerSchool Support.
