State Reporting 21.8.2.0 Release Notes

This can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 20.11.1.0 or later. For details refer PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-269849	All States/Provinces: Contact Relationship Details Enterprise Report Update	Additional Reference: PSSR-270776, PSSR-260290 Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0 Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes: Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record. Added second email address. Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert. Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table. Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields. Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.
PSSR-258130	All States/Provinces: Contact Tracing Report Update - Attendance Data	Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4 The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).
PSSR-270782	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.2 The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated and will no longer pull invalid inventory records that result in a negative inventory value.
PSSR-268894	AL Custom Tab Updates - Athlete	Navigation: Start Page > Student Selection > State/Province - AL > AL Custom tab > Athlete History Tracking functionality removed for Athlete category. Users can select/unselect the Athlete checkbox for a student to indicate the student’s athlete status. This field will be audit tracked
PSSR-269548	AL DOE Update - New Homeless Category layout on Federal page	Implemented below Homeless Category Business Rules. Homeless Invalid Reason is only active when the Homeless Type = "Incorrectly Verified" The field is only Active where Homeless Invalid Reason = "Other" (Code = HRU03) Required where Homeless type = 'Verified' or 'Potential'
PSSR-269771	AL State Province - AL Custom Tab updates	New data collection ‘IsEnrichment’ checkbox added on the AL Custom tab under Services category Navigation: Start > Select Student > AL State/Province > AL Custom tab
PSSR-272144	AL State/Province Federal Page updates	Country of Origin field on Student Support: The immigrant category will display the same value as Country of Origin on Student Support: English as Second Language (ESL/EL). If value is not entered, users will be allowed to select a value on the Country of Origin field on Student Support: Immigrant Category.

PSSR-269731	Updates to Student Transfer Out Pages With Withdrawal Codes	The AL Student Transfer Out page has been updated to separate the Withdrawal Signed by Guardian on File and Records Request checkbox fields.
PSSR-269735	Updates to Student Transfer Withdrawal functionality	1. New text box ' Specify Other' below/next to Institution Name dropdown It appears when Exit Codes - WB2, WB3, or WD5 are selected. It is not a required field but follows the required condition as mentioned in PSSR-269731 It cleared out of Institution Name is selected and also the other way around. Only one value should exist - either ‘Institution Name’ or ‘Specify Other’ Field size is 100 2. Site Type 70 is removed from WB3, TB3, TA3, WA3 exit codes
PSSR-269511	Section Page Fixes - Grade Scale Selection Field Issue Fixed	The Grade Scale selection field on Sections page was incorrectly displaying a text box instead of a dropdown. This has been fixed with Grade Scale now displaying a dropdown with Grade Scales setup in PS
