State Reporting 21.6.2.0 Release Notes

Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.1
The Attendance Profile report PDF library is updated and the pagination from ‘Page X of Y’ to ‘Page X’.

Additionally, due to the large PDF size that can result if the report is run for a large selection of students, a validation is added to the report page to restrict the number of students to 200.

The RecompilePSSchema.sql files for all states are updated with the compile_all => FALSE constraint, in the DBMS_UTILITY function.

Digital Equity and Learning Preferences page is updated to show the data while editing, even if there are special characters inside the data.

The Miscellaneous page in District is updated to save the Pref to Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in the Public Portal correctly.

• Added new data collection fields - School County Name and County Number.
• School County Name value pulled from County Name code set.
• School County Number value pulled from valid school file base upon the
  County Name value.
• Added two-column County Name and County Number in the Address grid
  to show the corresponding value.

Added audit tracking for Homeless Category in Federal Page.

Removed scripts for seeding of county codes. County codes can now be seeded from Enterprise Controller.

The fields 'No Formal Schooling' and 'Limited Formal Schooling' in the EL section of the Federal page were renamed to 'Student with Interrupted Formal Education' and 'Student with Limited and Interrupted Formal Education' respectively.

Audit tracking feature adding to the Home Language Survey Data Collection fields

Audit Tracking added to Assessment Cohort at the Section level.

On the Student Demographics page, a new field School County Number added with values populated from the Valid School File.
