The following data elements are required for CRDC student setup.

Note: The setup for this field should be done in Start page > District Setup > Incident Management Setup > Code and Subcode Setup > Attribute Codes > CRDC Perceived Religion. Once you set up Perceived religion, it gets listed in the Student > Incident Management > Add/Update Actions > Action attribute > Perceived religion dropdown list.
