PSSR-286196	Participation Rate Report (2021-22) - Data Collections Updates	Participation Rate tab on State/Province-AK page has been updated to support the 2021-2022 school year changes required for the Participation Rate Report. These are the changes in brief - New field ‘Recently Arrived English Learner’ added. New option (Yes, this student has a parent/guardian in U.S Armed Forces but is NOT on active duty) added to ‘Active Duty Parent/Guardian’ drop list. PSSR-280118	Restraint & Seclusion Report Updates	Alaska Restraint And Seclusion Report Version: 1.2 Alaska Restraint And Seclusion report will consider should bring the count for the column in the report. The “Number of incidents in which school personnel involved in the restraint or seclusion were not trained in an approved crisis intervention training program as described in AS 14.33.127(b):“ column in the report has been updated to pull the number of incidents where Staff were involved in Restraint or Seclusion. This information is captured in the Victim Section on the Discipline Tracking page.
