PSSR-261968 | Summer OASIS Update - 9th Grade On-Track | AK Summer Oasis Report: Version 2.8 The Summer OASIS report has been updated and will now pull the new 9th Grader On Track element. A new report parameter has been added where the end-user will enter the number of credits a 9th grader needs to be considered "on track". This element will report for first-time 9th graders (based on the Target Graduation Year element) and will sum up the earned credit for all historical grades with a grade level of 9. If a student is in a grade lower than 9, but they're taking 9th-grade courses that should be factored into the calculation, there's a new field at the historical grade level that can be checked to have the grade included in the calculation. The element will be blank for any students that are not in 9th grade or for any repeating 9th graders. |
