Troubleshooting Data Available Sync Failures
The following issues can occur with Data Available Synchronization failures to PASI Core.
Message/Problem | Probable Cause | Solution |

Data Available Sync runs for short period before a Socket Error is encountered. | Web service request is sent to PASI but no response is received until socket times out. This normally occurs in Server Array configurations with Load Balancer. | Check the Firewall setup. The firewall must be configured such that outgoing and incoming traffic to the internet must be from the same gateway. |
