To support the Entry/Exit Code changes in PowerSchool 22.5.0 and maintain backward compatibility with earlier versions of PowerSchool, updates have been made and now the end users will see the following:

• PowerSchool version 22.5.0 (or greater) - The Entry/Exit Codes will show as inactive after the defined effective end date.

• PowerSchool versions prior to 22.5.0 - Entry/Exit Codes will behave as they always have (cannot be inactivated).

PASI Direct Connect General Functionality

The following enhancements have been made to the hash sync process:

• The resync required popup will now show a list of entities for which PASI returned resync required on the second sync attempt.

• The hash verify table will now be cleaned up first match attempt is completed so only unmatched records are available for analysis.

• If the status for StudentTranscriptDetail is resync required the system will automatically run the refresh transcript information job.

• f the status for classroom accommodations is resync required the system will automatically run the initial download job for classroom accommodations.

• The hash sync process will now handle update available response from PASI.
