CRDC - School File: Version 1.3

DISC1-b (PK Expulsions) in the template was looking at the incorrect logic (DISC1-c). The report is now updated and DISC1-b and DISC1-c will report as expected.

CRDC - LEA File: Version 1.3

The web link for the "Harassment or Bullying Policy" is now a hyperlink. This will prevent longer web addresses from overflowing the text box.

For email elements, a space has been added after each email address so the text wraps properly.

On the Edit School page, the CRDC Staff FTE fields are updated and will now store values to the hundredth place.

The SR installer has been updated to use Jquery version 3.6.

The Jquery library in the PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer has been upgraded to version 3.6.

The Append Import ID functionality allows end users to upload an import file with any of the 4 student ID values (dcid, id, state student number or student number). The end user would then select which ID/foreignkey their file contains and which, of the remaining 3, they want to add. The system would create a new version of their import file with defined columns and data and the additional, indicated ID/foreignkey columns added as additional columns.

This functionality helps the user to import data into PowerSchool without having to go through a great deal of manual manipulation especially while importing into extension tables since they use studentDCID which is not easily accessible in PowerSchool.

The SRP start-up process (which loads the reports available in PowerSchool) has been optimized to reduce the start-up time needed for PowerSchool.

The PASI Direct Connect plugin is updated to version 5.0.5

Shared addresses between students will no longer edit/delete the addresses of all students that share the same address.

Transferring a student out of school with multiple students in selection will no longer set all students in selection to Exit Type Withdrawn.

When running PowerSchool SIS 22.10.x or higher, the error message PASI is currently unavailable, please try again later will no longer appear when enrolling new students.

Responsible school advice messages 11620, 11624, and 11625 will now clear out of PowerSchool when they are no longer in PASIprep as work items.

The legacy citizenship fields will now be populated (for internal reporting purposes) when using the initial Provincial reporting page.

An address validation error on the demographics page for students with an international postal code in the mailing address no longer occurs.

Administrators can now enable or disable the ability to view Google maps at the district level.

While editing an address, the administrator will now able to able to reposition the pointer on the Google map.

Addresses can now contain multiple lines.

Alberta Township System (ATS) addresses will now contain geolocation (latitude and longitude).

Student email addresses will now be stored in the local copy of PASI data.

A Google Map is now available when adding or editing student addresses.

Note: The district's URL must be added to the PowerSchool authorization list to enable this functionality.

A new Manage Responsible Schools screen is now available, allowing administrators to view students by responsibility and create responsible school records in bulk.

If a medical alert is not in PASI, a Create Event button is now available to attempt to send the data to PASI.

A new district setting is available to disable the Document Submissions functionality.

Invalid submissions to PASI will result in failure alerts instead of rejections.

On the edit course enrollment screen selecting an Associated School Enrolment now maintains the value entered.

The system will no longer attempt to approve marks with invalid school codes.
