Provincial Reporting 21.4.2.0 Release Notes

Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.1
As the fields listed were changed to multi-select in PowerSchool version 21.4, the Office Visit Clinic Log is updated to handle multiple saved values for the Outcome field.
The report works as expected for districts that upgrade to PowerSchool version 21.4 as well as previously supported versions of PowerSchool.

The PASI Direct Connect plugin is updated to version 4.3.1

When selecting the Import button on the core alerts resolve button, there is no longer an error when there are multiple records of the same type.

When using the core alerts resolve button, the country of citizenship is no longer displayed in the effective date field.

When using the resolve button for objects that can have multiple records, there is now an add or edit option when uploading the data to PASI.

The schedule option on the Manage Document Submissions page has been updated to avoid leaving requests in Pending status.

The document icon on a student's record will no longer slow down PowerSchool when multiple users are accessing student information.

Pending document submission jobs can now be canceled via the Manage Document Submissions history page.

A new group security setting is now available to enable or disable the ability to create document templates on the Manage Document Submissions page.

On the Manage Student Information page for Digital Documents when filtering by Flagged for QA only documents that can be resolved by the current user will be displayed.

When using the resolve conflict button for addresses, the Import and/or Upload buttons will no longer be greyed out.

The hash verify process start time can now be adjusted on the PASI Synchronization Settings page.

The Funding requested flag will no longer be incorrectly sent as Yes when it is supposed to be No when withdrawing a student from a course.
