The PASI Direct Connect Plugin is updated to Version 4.2.0

Extra spaces in country names are now removed before trying to submit them to PASI.

Java errors will no longer occur when creating a new ASN for a student using the Student Lookup screen.

The Force Sync button on the State/Province - AB page is now part of every entity rather than one button for the entire page. When you click this button, you can specify whether to force an addition or an edit to PASI, for the entity in selection.

The improved hash sync process can now handle a large amount of data returned from PASI.

The Force Sync query for course enrolments now takes less time to complete.

Java errors will no longer occur when running the hash sync process.

Oracle errors will no longer occur when running the nightly reconciliation process.

Custom field references are removed from the processing of events.

The force sync button now removes special character and hidden or embedded spaces before attempting to submit the data to PASI.

The cache of approved/unapproved marks will now only be refreshed for the school the course enrolment event belongs to, instead of all the schools.

Indexes are added to the following tables:

• AB_PASI_CRED_DEF_REQ_EXP
• AB_PASI_CRED_DEF_REQ_SET
• AB_PASI_DOCUMENT_CATEGORY
• AB_SCM_CTS_JOB_DATA

The Core Alerts Advice messages and Warning messages count on the "Notifications" now match the same number of messages in the PASI Core Alerts page.

Student names now display in the correct format (last, first) on the Manage SCM/CTS Validations page.

When running the Manage SCM Validations process, if the completion status of a course is not populated then any grades under 25% are now set to N for funding. The same applies even if Y is populated.

The Term drop-down list on the School Course Marks Approval page is now populated regardless of whether there are terms at the school without the PASI information populated.

A warning (with a link) will now appear on the Manage SCM/CTS Validations screen when the Alberta final store code is not populated for the term being completed. In addition, the Submit button is disabled until the setup is complete.

When you change a non-Alberta course's name, the sections and course enrolments associated to the course will no longer be sent to PASI.

The Next button is no longer displayed on the Manage SCM/CTS Validations page after you select the required input and click Submit.

Comments will now be updated when permanently storing grades even when the "Do not Update if Previously Stored Grade has not Changed" option is selected.
