The main objective is to maintain identical student data between PASI and PowerSchool using a regular synchronization mechanism.

When data is changed in PowerSchool, it is submitted to PASI automatically.

When data is changed in PASI, it is sent to PowerSchool and the user is notified to take action.
In this way, data is kept up-to-date in both systems. All communication between PASI and PowerSchool is done using web service calls. PASI maintains a history of all the data submitted along with the auditability of every transaction.
