Objective

The main objective is to maintain identical student data between PASI and PowerSchool using a regular synchronization mechanism.

• When data is changed in PowerSchool, it is submitted to PASI automatically.
• When data is changed in PASI, it is sent to PowerSchool and the user is notified to take action.

In this way, data is kept up-to-date in both systems. All communication between PASI and PowerSchool is done using web service calls. PASI maintains a history of all the data submitted along with the auditability of every transaction.
