Introduction

The implementation of PASI Direct Connect functionality is in planned phases.

• Phase 1 – Student Demographics and School Enrolments (DEM/ENR)

• Phase 2 – High School Course Marks (SCM)

• Phase 3 – Final Marks and General Education Development (GED) Results (Future)

• Phase 4 – Transcripts and Download Official Mark (Future)

• Phase 5 – Diploma Exam Registrations (Future)

Phase 1 – Student Demographics and School Enrolments (DEM/ENR)

Phase 1 for PASI Direct Connect includes student demographic and school enrolment data synchronization.

• Student demographic data includes:

  • Legal names and Identification information

  • Other names

  • Mailing and Permanent/Other address

  • Phone number

  • Student Disclosure Restrictions

  • Citizenship information

  • Section 23 Eligibility status

  • Deceased information

• Student school enrolment data includes:

  • Basic entry, exit, grade level information

  • Alberta-specific information

    • Registration status and type

    • Grant Programs information

    • Special Education (Exception) information

    • Enrolment type information

    • FNMI information

Phase 1 also includes the entire infrastructure that is required for the data synchronization and the notification and data resolution functionality.

Phase 2 – High School Course Marks (SCM)

Phase 2 for PASI Direct Connect includes sections, course enrolments, and marks synchronization.

Phase 3 – Diploma Exam Registrations (DER)

Phase 3 for PASI Direct Connect includes diploma exam, sittings, and registration data synchronization.
